Let's be real, the steep hill to the hostel and the disgusting drunks around was just good. After expecting a gorgeous room with a view, I received something that literally had no windows-how charming. A complimentary gesture such as an upgrade woudl ve been nice, but alas, not for me. I almost gave a good review but just couldn't.

Everything was good, attentive staff, exquisite views of town. The location of the hotel was central, really close to the back alley, the Sacsayhuaman ruins and main square and lots of restaurants. Moreover, I went to the lake, it's 10 minutes walk away.

Little place to stay, amazing views over the town. Great position in the very quiet area, not far from the Sacsayhuaman ruins and historic centre...

The staff were helpful , and they
Were really nice too assist with planning our visits to local attractions. The rooms were cozy and well-kept, offering beautiful views of Cusco. The only downside was the steep hill climb to the hostel, which could be challenging but rewarding.

Really nice overall experience. The hotel is wonderful, with great views, stunning location about to leave on taxi to the airport. A kind of excellant service. Free Wi-Fi and early check in. Location next to San Pedro shopping area, and main square and lots of restaurants. Fresh and nice yogurt, fruit, eggs, hot chocolate and cereals...

Steep and exhausting walk to reach the hotel from town!!! Noise from nearby clubs can disrupt sleep, especially in the early morning hours. Compared to expectations, room assignments could be more accurate to what's featured in marketing!!!

The room was warm, clean, and had great water pressure in the shower. My favorite part was the unbeatable view from my room, overlooking Cusco. Every morning, the breakfast spread included yogurt, eggs, rolls, and fresh juices, which fueled my adventures. The staff were always ready to help, even preparing breakfast bags for my early excursions. The steep walk up to the hotel can be tiring, especially with the high altitude. It could be challenging for some travelers, but the views make it worth it. I wish there had been coffee available before the designated breakfast time since I left early on multiple days. Regardless, I'd highly recommend it for the ambiance and comfort.
